Store Policies

This site and store are operated by Iron Front Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company. “Jon Mayo” is a registered assumed name of Iron Front Solutions LLC.

For any question about an order, this site, or an application published by Iron Front Solutions LLC, email support@jonmayo.com. That address is monitored and is the fastest way to reach us.

Every item is made to order and printed just for you. Production takes about 2–5 business days, then shipping (typically another 3–5 business days within the United States).

We currently ship within the U.S. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships. Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner.

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a size chosen by mistake. Please pick your size and color carefully at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item, email support@jonmayo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it at no cost to you.

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, email, and — for physical items — your shipping address. Digital orders need only your name and email, because there's nothing to ship.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your shipping details are shared with our print partner (Printful) solely to produce and deliver your order. We don't share anything with a print partner for a digital order.

We keep order records as long as we need them for support, warranty, and tax purposes. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to train anything.

Want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email support@jonmayo.com and we'll take care of it.

Some products sold here are digital: software, templates, configuration files, and written technical material. They're delivered electronically to the email address you give at checkout. Nothing ships, so the shipping and return timelines above don't apply to them.

A digital purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product, including inside a business you own or work for. You may not resell it, republish it, redistribute it, or offer it as your own product or as part of a competing one.

We keep ownership of the product itself and everything in it. You keep ownership of your own work — your data, your code, your clients, and anything you create while using the product. Buying or using it gives us no claim, licence, or interest in what you build, and no right to your business.

Digital sales are final at the time of payment. Because delivery is immediate, there are no returns and no refunds. If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge you did not authorise — email support@jonmayo.com within 14 days and we will correct it. Anything beyond that is at our sole discretion, not an entitlement.

Products may be updated or discontinued over time. If something you bought is discontinued, your licence to keep using the version you received doesn't expire.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required by law. Physical items are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner; digital items are delivered electronically.

If we're ever unable to fulfill an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Everything sold here is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will meet your requirements or run without interruption or error.

Your decisions are yours. Anything we provide — a product, written material, or counsel given alongside it — is information and support for a decision that remains yours to make. You decide whether and how to use it. We are not responsible for your decisions, your results, your systems, or your data, and we are not liable for any loss, downtime, corruption, or damage arising from using, misusing, modifying, or relying on what you bought. Test anything before you run it against a live system, and keep your own backups.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Iron Front Solutions LLC and its members from any claim, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of your use of what you bought, the decisions you make, or the systems and data you apply it to.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Iron Front Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. If any disclaimer above is held unenforceable, our total liability on any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product the claim concerns.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there. We may update these policies; the version published here when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
