The short version, in plain language.

Shipping

Every item is made to order and printed just for you. Production takes about 2–5 business days, then shipping (typically another 3–5 business days within the United States).

We currently ship within the U.S. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships. Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a size chosen by mistake — please pick your size and color carefully at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item, email jon@jonmayo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it at no cost to you.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, email, and shipping address.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your shipping details are shared with our print partner (Printful) solely to produce and deliver your order.

Terms

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required by law. Items are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner.

If we're ever unable to fulfill an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
