The story

That question drives everything, how to steward my faith, how to show up for my wife, how to father well, how to build, how to steward, how to dominate.

Serving in the Army as an Artillery Officer shaped my early foundation. Fatherhood shaped everything else. Being blessed to have four boys within three years of each other will teach you more about leadership and relentless adaptability than any training program on earth. Especially because, unlike a mission or a job, it never ends.

Since then, my work has spanned commercial real estate, the Department of Defense, technology, manufacturing, the trades, professional services, and entrepreneurship. I've had the opportunity to author multiple books, engage in hundreds of podcasts, and thousands of meaningful conversations. And I've learned something powerful: what I do works everywhere there is a group of people working together to accomplish a shared goal.

You are an expert in your field. I am an expert in creating clarity, building alignment, and driving relentless action to accomplish the impossible. The harder the challenge, the more I come to life.

Across all of these industries, the same question persists. The answer keeps the same shape: invest in the operator, align the team, leverage technology and build the systems until they are an indomitable force of nature. Sovereign in their work, dominant in their industry.
