I've been where you are.
I started as an Army Artillery Officer — leading teams, making decisions where stakes were real. That built the foundation.
Since then, I've led strategic transformation across commercial real estate, the DoD — both in uniform and in contracting — the trades and home services, and entrepreneurship. I've turned around organizations on the edge of collapse and helped stable companies break through to their next level.
I've worked with founders running $8M–$20M+ businesses — some trying to stop the bleeding, some trying to explode growth. Different situations, same truth: the leaders who win make better decisions consistently and build systems that hold under pressure.
I've written four books. I've hosted over a hundred podcast conversations. I'm actively building a tech company. I stay in the arena.

The Full Picture
I look at everything — P&L, operations, org structure, culture, how decisions get made, how you show up as a leader. Business problems are rarely just business problems. We find the highest-leverage actions and solve them systematically.
Radical Ownership
Here's the prerequisite: you have to accept that your business is perfectly designed to create exactly what it's creating. That's a hard truth. It's also the most freeing one — because it means you have the power to change everything. If you're not ready for that level of ownership, I'm not the right fit.
