• Communication is not completion.
• Repetition is not redundancy.
• Clarity is a choice.

WayMakers do not just trust. They trust AND verify.

They cultivate cultures of shared understanding.

They make the implicit explicit.

They re-state priorities until everyone can recite them.

They repeat the vision until they are made fun of for doing so.

Because communication is not a box to check. It is the currency of execution.
